This article focuses on involving youth in urban projects. The work includes an analysis of theoretical approaches and a case study of successful urban initiatives with active youth participation in Russia. Special attention is given to the role of education, sociocultural factors, and modern technologies in the engagement process. The research highlights contemporary methods and technologies that attract youth to urban projects, identifying success factors and lessons learned from practice. It also uncovers barriers and challenges faced in youth involvement and provides a forecast for the development of this field. The work is based on an extensive analysis of various sources and concludes with recommendations for further research and practical steps in the field of engaging youth in urban development.
