The article deals with the concept of marketing potential of the agro-industrial complex as a set of material and intangible resources, internal and external possibilities of their application for marketing development of the agro-industrial complex, in order to meet the needs of the population and organizations, the indicators of which are determined for the current and forecast state. This makes it possible to highlight the marketing potential of its internal and external environment, conditions and opportunities for implementation.
