The relevance of the research topic is due to the interaction in the field of the functioning and development of agriculture, economics and law. Scientific novelty is manifested in new approaches to the legal regulation of agricultural activities in the context of modern transformations in the agricultural economy. The purpose and objectives of the study is to identify the usefulness and quality of legal support for the effective development of agriculture at the present time. In theoretical terms, the research materials can be used for the further development of agrarian and legal science, research activities of students at an agricultural university. The practical significance of this work lies in the fact that the research materials can be in demand in the agricultural management system. The economy and jurisprudence have a serious and important field for joint activities to develop legal regulation of the development of agriculture in the context of its intellectualization. For the preparation of legal acts focused on new technological solutions, an integrated interdisciplinary approach to the study of the state and forecasting of the introduction of scientific developments into agricultural production is required. In order for legal regulation to be carried out taking into account new programs, it is advisable to connect the branches of science and legislation to the developed legal acts: economic theory, agrarian economy, agrarian law, civil law, land law, administrative law and other legal branches.
