The human capital of agricultural organizations includes leading qualified specialists - agronomist, livestock technician, veterinarian, engineer, mechanic, power engineer, economist, accountant, personnel worker and others, depending on the line of business. The development of the agrarian economy is associated with the organization of agricultural activities in the areas of crop production, animal husbandry, aquaculture, beekeeping and others, ensuring the fulfillment of food security indicators and access to the global agri-food market, as well as employment in agricultural production of human capital in rural areas, which has a positive effect on its quality of life. The purpose of this study is to analyze the development of human capital in rural areas in relation to the development of the agricultural economy. Agricultural activity should not only ensure the food security of the country, but also, within the framework of the development of geo-economics, master the export-oriented development of agro-industrial production and be stable participants in the global agro-food market. Human capital expands the possibilities for its implementation. The implementation of human capital in organizations of the agricultural sector of the economy depends on many conditions, which we will call objective and subjective factors. The goal of human capital is to generate income for both the person himself and the enterprise where this capital is sold. Investment support is needed to develop human capital. And this support should come not only from the individual himself, but also from the employer. Human capital should give its owner an incentive for development, therefore, it should be attractive for investment.
