REGULATION OF LEGAL RELATIONS IN THE AGRICULTURAL SECTOR FOR THE PRODUCTION OF HIGH-QUALITY AND SAFE FOOD PRODUCTS

The relevance of the research topic is due to the state of agricultural activity, which, if environmental requirements and technologies for the production of agricultural products are not observed, adversely affects the quality of the environment and human life. The problems of the quality and environmental safety of agricultural products are constantly in the field of view of scientists and agricultural specialists, ecologists, doctors and other interested individuals and legal entities, as evidenced by numerous publications on this topic. The expediency of preparing this scientific article is associated with a complex of unsolved problems that require scientific understanding of the organization of production of high-quality and safe food products from raw materials of plant and animal origin with a minimum impact of agriculture on the environment, and through food on human health. The scientific novelty of this work is justified by the fact that the issues of quality and safety of food products are considered in the context of the new edition of the Doctrine of Food Safety of the Russian Federation, adopted by Decree of the President of the Russian Federation No. 20 dated January 21, 2020. The theoretical and practical significance of this article is due to the fact that the research material can be used in the educational process and for scientific work of students in institutions of higher and secondary vocational education, as well as in agricultural management bodies and agricultural entrepreneurs.
