The authors of this study analyze regulatory legal acts regulating relations, the subject of which is a personal subsidiary farm. The article talks about the importance of legal regulation of such relations as a component of the Russian economy. The article presents a methodological analysis of the study of a personal subsidiary farm as a subject of agricultural cooperation. Relying on general scientific and special legal methods, the authors speak about their own view of the mechanism of legal regulation of relations built around personal subsidiary farming.
