The article talks about the importance of agriculture in the Russian Federation and the lives of its citizens. Corruption is a negative phenomenon that hinders the development of Russian agriculture and has negative consequences for our country and its citizens. The authors of this work analyzed the legal ways to combat corruption in Russian agriculture. The analysis of normative acts showed that the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation conducts a comprehensive fight against corruption aimed at reducing corruption cases both within the Ministry of Agriculture itself and in the joint work of this Ministry with other authorities, public entities and citizens. The specifics of agriculture of the Russian Federation are taken into account. The conclusion is made about the right steps in the fight against corruption in the agricultural sector.
