The article presents the technology of arugula cultivation using a hydroponic installation with the possibility of artificial lighting. The available scientific experience has been studied and the optimal parameters for harvesting have been selected. Obtaining data indicates that for the development and growth of plants, it is necessary to select the appropriate type of hydroponic formation, soil, as well as individual lighting and watering modes. The research was carried out at the Department of “Vegetable and fruit growing named after Prof. N. F. Konyaeva” Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of the Ural State Agrarian University in November 2023.
