The purpose of this research is to analyze the existence of public administration in the agricultural sector of the economy and the formation of corporate governance in the subjects of production and economic activity in agriculture. The objectives of the study are expressed in a comparative analysis of the effectiveness of public and corporate governance in the agricultural sector of the economy. The scientific novelty of this study is to assess the impact of public administration and corporate governance on the freedom of agricultural entrepreneurship and the development of market relations in the agricultural sector.
