Fundamentals of Brewing Production

Abstract. The article discusses the brewing process or the technology of industrial beer production by fermentation. The paper reveals that the basis of the technology is the fermentation of raw materials for a certain time. Raw materials must go through several stages of the technological process, after which we get many types of beer. It is concluded that due to the unique herbal composition of beer containing phytoestrogens, bone tissues are strengthened.
