Abstract. The main purpose of the article presented by the authors is to analyze in more detail the problems of state-market management of the development of the agrarianindustrial complex in the Russian regions using the example of the Sverdlovsk region. For this, sociological and economic research methods were used, the main of which is the method of combining the historical and the logical (the method of the unity of the historical and the logical). The results of the study were conclusions and conclusions about the patterns and features of the functioning of farms, semi-farms and mini-farms in the regions of the Russian Federation. Some scientific contribution should be considered the attempt of the authors of this article to determine the fundamental differences between patterns as the results of the interaction of causes and effects and to highlight the root causes of such causality, i.e. determine the nature of the appearance of factors, prerequisites and conditions for the behavior of business entities.
