Abstract. In 2021, in Russia, people are increasingly talking about chronic fatigue and occupational stress, and about the syndrome of professional burnout of employees. As a result of the growing desire to increase productivity and achieve results in a short time, stress began to spread in everyday and business life. People feel a high level of stress regardless of salary and position. This article is devoted to the study of the formation of stress resistance of personnel, in the conditions of organizational changes, through a specific program or strategy.
