The article sought the efficiency of enterprises activity of wholesale and retail trade and the ways to improve it. Evaluated return of investment in staff training with post-training (per year). The importance of investment in human capital, which allows to determine the potential benefits for the enterprise. The authors came to the conclusion that the system implementing the proposed activities at the company will provide the following potential benefits. The main of which are: using employees as a tool to support and implement its strategy; the company can get rid of staff turnover, absenteeism and tardiness; to ensure the full implementation of the production program to manufacture products in accordance with market requirements; transition to the system will not result in an increase in production costs.
