Striking and important process that has received wide development in the world economy in the beginning of the century, was the dawn of the digital technologies. It was due to the increasing role of knowledge for the implementation of innovations and arising in connection with this need for rapid processing and transmission of large amounts of information. The rapid growth of the digital economy has brought to the fore issues related to the functioning of the markets its products, among which the most important are the issues of pricing. The special significance they have for the rural economy, where innovative development of the economy based on advances in information, nano-, and biotechnology, are key to the success of rural areas in competition and the welfare of rural residents.
