In Russia a few powerful vertically integrated structures, TNK international, which are unable to compete effectively. In agricultural production rather passive adaptation of farmers to changing conditions, often expressed in the curtailment of production. Developed countries, major exporters of food, now more profitable to sell with a loss of surplus production, because it minimizes their costs. Institutional transformations in the agrarian sphere of Russia has not yet received sufficient dynamism. Far from complete, land reform.
